体が
大きく揺れていた。
固定されているはずなのに、
安定しない。
揺れが、
異様に大きく感じた。
そして、
とにかく寒かった。
外の寒さじゃない。
風でもない。
体の内側から、
熱が
抜けていく感じ。
声は、
聞こえていた。
質問も、
指示も、
断片的に
入ってくる。
何かに
答えた気もするし、
答えていない気もする。
この揺れと寒さが、
私の中で
はっきり残っている
感覚になる。

The ambulance started moving.
My body shook violently on the stretcher.
Nothing felt stable.
I was intensely cold —
not from the air, but from within.
I could hear voices and instructions.
